SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Tattoo Addict ships worldwide.
All of our items ship from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Orders placed before 3PM SAST will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3PM SAST will be processed the following working day.

Orders will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

Payment confirmations sent before 2PM SAST will be shipped the same day.
Payment confirmations sent after 2PM SAST will be shipped the following working day.

All orders subject to verification and stock availability.


Orders placed or paid for over weekends or public holidays will be processed/shipped the following working day.

Customers may organise their own shipping. This will negate shipping charged by Tattoo Addict, and will fall solely on the customer’s account. Should you wish to arrange your own shipping, you can contact us on 011 708 0211 or info@tatooaddict.co.za.

Please Note: If the customer arranges their own shipping, Tattoo Addict will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during transit.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Services available:
Parcel Collection – Orders may be collected Monday – Thursday 9am to 4pm and Fridays 9am to 2pm.
Regular Shipping – Please allow 48 to 72 hour turnaround time from date of shipment.
Urgent Delivery – 24 hour turnaround time from date of shipment, subject to courier service availability.

Please Note:
All shipping is done through DSV or RAM Couriers.
Deliveries done by DSV or RAM Couriers are only made Monday – Friday.

Urgent deliveries do not apply to weekends and public holidays. These deliveries will commence on the following working day.

Should you require delivery for a Saturday, kindly contact us on 011 708 0211 or info@tatooaddict.co.za so that we may calculate the shipping costs prior to the payment of your order. This service is subject to courier service availability.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent out on our regular shipping basis. Please allow 48 – 72 hour turnaround time for delivery from shipment date.

Order Collection:
Orders may be collected from the Tattoo Addict offices located at Unit 48 Kya North Park, Bernie Street, Kya Sands, Johannesburg.
Orders must be placed online or through a sales rep. Orders must be paid for in full before goods will be released.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Tattoo Addict ships most of our products worldwide. Certain products, including specific inks are prohibited from being imported into some countries. The customer is responsible for knowing what items are allowed in your country. If due to this reason your package is sent back to us, you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.

Due to international shipping and handling charges being determined by the weight, dimension, and location of delivery; shipping will be calculated after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 1 business day for this cost to be calculated.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping. These include, but are not limited to – customs, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc.


All international orders will ship through DSV couriers or UPS, dependant on delivery location.

SHIPPING BASE CHARGES:

All order values under R3000.00 ex VAT
Gauteng Deliveries – R120.00 ex VAT
National Deliveries – R120.00 ex VAT
International Deliveries – done on a per order basis. This will vary depending on weight, level of service, and location. Base Fee of R1000.00 ex VAT

All domestic order values over R3000.00 ex VAT qualify for Free Shipping.


Urgent Delivery – R175.00 ex VAT regardless of order value

ADDRESS CORRECTION & REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm their shipping information is correct upon placing an order.
Any extra shipping costs incurred by missed delivery, re-delivery or package interception due to address changes is the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Should the customer wish to cancel an order for any reason please contact us on 011 708 0211 or info@tattooaddict.co.za immediately.

Please Note: Once payment has been received for an order, a refund can only be done in the form of store credit. Alternatively the amount paid can be used to purchase other items.

RETURNS: 

As a safety precaution to all of our customers, it is our policy not to accept any returns on opened or used After Care products, Inks, Needles, Consumables & Jewellery.

In the case of erroneous deliveries or defective products, replacements will be sent out. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of Tattoo Addict.

In the case of items that were ordered incorrectly or no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition. These items will be refunded in the form of store credit only. This credit will only be passed once the stock has been received by Tattoo Addict. Such returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and credit will not be passed for original shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of items will only be accepted should the customer inform Tattoo Addict in writing and return the goods within 7 working days of delivery confirmation.

Tattoo Addict does not give cash refunds. All refunds will be done in the form of store credit.
